As a consultant with Auld & Company, Jodi is able to leverage her experience in the government, finance, customer service and new venture industries to bring value to the clients she works with. She has overseen and supported the organizational change associated with the decentralization of 150 field staff to a mobile work environment including the development and coordination of the project implementation and communication plans; the standardization and enforcement of procedures and protocols; as well as the development and execution of policy documentation and training. Jodi has worked closely with the Safety Advisor for a major municipal government department to prepare nearly 200 staff (both Management and Front-Line) for internal and external safety audits - she successfully developed management tools and techniques for monitoring and maintaining staff safety records which she rolled-out across the entire division. Her strong communication skills and ability to distill complex messaging into relevant points of discussion have enabled her to lead on many client engagements focusing on stakeholder communications. She is able to provide consultative services for each of Auld & Company's four focus areas and offer an integrated approach to clients.
Jodi's entrepreneurial spirit and background, combined with her marketing savvy, has assisted in the successful start-up efforts of numerous new-venture firms. She continues to focus on Auld & Company's marketing strategies and assists whenever possible in the company's growth activities.
Ms. Olson received her Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a concentration in Accounting, from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary.
